DR HYDE’S TRIAL.
SOME REMARKABLE EVIDENCE. The Alleged Typhoid injections. Press Association—Telegraph.—Copvright. NEW YORK. April 27. Some remarkable evidence r- forthcoming at the trial of Dr. Hyde for the murder of eight members of the Swope family. Miss Margaret Swope, sister of Mrs Hyde, testified that Dr. Hyde gave her hypodermic injections, producing convulsions.
Miss Gordon, nurse, testified that Dr. Hyde used dirty water in giving injections to Chrismas Swope, who died later.
Dr. Turgraan, who attended the family after Dr. Hyde’s dismissal as family physician. ordered the burning of all medicines that Dr. Hyde prescribed for Miss Margaret Hyde.
The testimony of Mr Linde Swope showed that Dr. Hyde gave him bitter water, producing typhoid a week later.
