Blondiu, the Conservative member for Champlain, iu a speech at Cotcau landing, advocated the formation of a French-Can-adian party on the pattern of Redmond’s party at Westminster. He supported the naval policy of Mr F. D. Monk, the leadcr of the Quebec Opposition. He believed the suggested party would eventually hold the balance of power. The Times’ Toronto correspondent states that groups such as M. Bloadin suggests would probably be a development in Canadian politics in the near future.
