NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD.
(Per United Press Association.) NAPIER, January 25. At a special meeting of the Harbour Board it was decided to ask the ratepayers’ sanction for a loan of ,£300,000 to complete the breakwater and provide additional wharfage.
