Mr P. ODea Elected.
The election of one member for the northern district on the Wanganui Education --Board, vice Mr W. C. Cargill (resigned), resulted in the return of°Mr P. ODea, M.A., who unsuccessfully contested the election with Mr Dixon for the same district earlier in the year. " The voting was: — P ODea (Hawera) 160
J. U. Murray (Eltham) 88 E. Neilson (Sedgebrook) 87 Mr Murray is chairman of the Eltham School Committee, and Mr Neilson secretary of the Sedgebrook School Committee.
