TO BE OFFERED IN MARCH. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND,' August 27. From 5000 to' 20,000« acres on the Hauraki Plains, commonly known as the Piako Swamp, and now being- drained by the Government, are likely to be thrown open for settlement next March, under the optional system.
