NELSON COACH STUCK UP. (Per United Press Association.) BLENHEIM, August 28. , The heavy rains of the last two days have made the roads in this district in a fearful state, and the rivers are all in flood. ' The Nelson coach was two hours late in arriving here last night, and this morning had to return to Blenheim owing to inability to cross the ferry at Wairau River.
