NELSON COACH STUCK UP. (Per United Press Association.) BLENHEIM, August 28. , The heavy rains of the last two days have made the roads in this district in a fearful state, and the rivers are all in flood. ' The Nelson coach was two hours late in arriving here last night, and this morning had to return to Blenheim owing to inability to cross the ferry at Wairau River. The new bridge over the river will not be ready for traffic for several weeks yet.
