Logan,- otherwise known as James Hoga.n, was charged with having committed bigamy, having on October 2nd, 1907, gone through a marriage ceremony, though he was previously married to Elsie Warren, in Launceston, Tasmania, she being still alive. Accused was committed for -trial, being allowed bail in two sureties of J675 each, "and self of .£SO. f
