AMUSEMENTS, MEETINGS. ETC.

SCHOOL COMMITTEE'S CONCERT.

The concert arranged by the School Committee takes place in St. Paul's Hall to-morrow night, when it is hoped that all who appreciate the good work done by the householders' representatives in seeking to train the growing girls in the laws of health will make a point of showing their appreciation by their attendance. The best local talent has been secured, as may be seen by the programme appearing in another column. Although the names of the songs, etc., are not given, our readers can judge from the names of the performers that there will be a blending of the serious and the comic in due proportions, and that a most pleasing entertainment is to be staged. The committee cannot, of course, command suitable weather conditions, but they have done everything else to deserve a full house. Remember— St. Paul's Hall.
