Itosebery was dismissed, the judge remarking, in justice to the plaintiff, that the result of an investigation of ' the accounts was a ■satisfactory one. [Mr Drysdale, who was formerly th© factor of, Lord Rosebery's Dalmcny estate, sued Lord Itosebery for libel, claiming ,£ 10,000 damages.j
