ROWING.
WANGANUI CLUB. DREW PAIRS. The final heat of this event was rowed off last evening between W. Cummins (stroke) and R. Northover (bow), and R. Notman (stroke) and J. McTavish (bow), the former crew winning after a very interesting race by three-quarters of a length. LEWIS DOUBLE SCULLS. The following crews have been drawn for this event: — E. J. Day (stroke), A. Hatrick (bow); R. Notman (stroke), E. A. Tnlre (bow}; A. E. Bullock (stroke), J. McTavish (bow); H. A. Joyce (stroke), R. Northover (bow); S. Woon (stroke), T. Souter (bow); A. Woon (stroke), N. M. Macdougall (bow); R. Johnston (stroke), R. Crawley (bow). The first round will be rowed on Monday nest, April sth.
