RETIREMENTS FROM CIVIL SERVICE.
♦ (Per United Press Association.) * Some doubt has heen expressed as to whether the messengers in the Government service over 65 years of age are to be retired Under the superannuation regulations. It has now heen decided, as a temporary arrangement at all events, that tho mcM»ngers likely to be affrcted are to continue in the service.
