Mr Lloyd George, 6peaking at Swansea, said it was the duty of the Liberals to make some State provision, as a Srst charge on our vast resources, for the aged ana deserving poor and unemployed •who had done their duty, but who vero unable longer to support their families. He argued that honest capital had no need to fear any of his proposals.
