Obituary

CHRISTCHTJRCH, October 2.

Mr Charles Kidson, Bcu'lptor, died thisanorning at his residence, Cashmere Hills. Be had been ailing for a long time, though his health had improved somewhat recently. He had been a teacher at the School of Arts, and his more recent works were a statue of the late Mr Rolleston and a bust of Sir John Hall. He leaves a . widow and three children, one aged only i 24 weeks.
