Qeld and Silver Export

The export of gold, from New Zealand for ' the past nine months was 390,442 ounces, valued at .£1,545,231, as compared with 382,081 ounces, valued at .£1,527,526 Ibr the corresponding period of last year, being an increase in value of .£16,705. The quantity of gold sent away last month was 63,123 ounces, valued at .£209,999, as against 51,234 ounces, valued at .£204,733 in September of last year. The export of silver for last month was 190,687 ounces, of the value of .£19,235.
