Hoggets and springing cows were in good demand, and sold freely. We quote — Forward wethers 14s lid, mixed hoggets 9s to 10s Bd, ewe hoggets to 11s Bd, ewe with lambs at foot 17s 6d, fat cows £4 2» 6d, store cows 23s 8d to 255, backward cows in calf £2 17s 6d to £3 17s ,6d, springing cows £4 12s Gd to JG6 10s, yearling heifers 26s 6d, mixed weaaers 28s 6d, yearling steers £2 Is, 8-months do. £3 2s.
