HOEITIKA, October 1.
The Otira robbery case is proceeding at the Supreme Court to-day. When the jury assembled to-day it was announced that one juryman had been taken ill at his residence, and was unable to be present. Counsel on both sides filed an agreement, signed by the prosecution, both accused, and both counsel, agreeing to accept the verdict of the remaining 11 jurymen. This course was taken under the Crimea Act, 1908, compiled lately.
