Hitch in the Negotiations
(Per United Press Association). INVERCARGILL, September 2.1. The installation of Invercargill's new tramways still hangs fire, and the concessionaries (of whom Sir J. G. Ward is principal) arc asking for extension of time. To-day the Political Labour League resolved to urge the City Council to insist on complif \cc with the present agreement and, in the case of a breach, to cancel with a view to municipalising.
