No entry will be accepted unless i ?companied with the full amount of fees. Last two years' performances to accompany same. If "no performances for past two years, the last five performances # to be given. The committee reserve the right of altering or postponing programme. The sports will be conducted under the rules of the New Zealand Athletfr Union; cycling events under the N.Z. League of Wheelmen.
