FLYING HANDICAP, of 80 soys; second horse to receive 15 soys out of the stakes ; distance, j-mile. Nomination, 20s ; acceptance, 30s. To start at 12.40 p.m. 3. FARMERS' PLATE, of 50 soys; second horse to 'receive 10 soys. from the stakes: distance 1 mile. Entrance, 30s, on general entrv^ nip-lit. For a|T horses that have never started- for any other race (Farmers' Plates rxrepttyi, aj4 ' winners of those barred) ; welter' weight for age; open to alt horses trained in, and thp bona fide property of residents within the boundaries of the PatPa, Ilawera, Eltham, and Stratford Counties for the tliree 'month's prior to the date of entry.
