Auckland Supreme Court.

AUCKLAND, February 3. At the Supreme Court, to-day, Albert Marsden, a younig man, who pleaded guilty to forgery and theft at Onehunga, was brought up far sentence. His Honor remarked that the offences were very serious, but he did not like to send such a young man to prison. He would admit him to probation for tjy<> years. Prisoner was ordered to pay thrusts of the Court (,£3 3s 6d) in. monthty-I instalments of 10s.
