(Per United Press Association. ) WELLINGTON, December 19. \ The proposed boundaries of the new electoral districts in the North and South Islands are set forth in the Gazette issued this evening. In the North Island Newtown disappears as an electorate amd its place is taker; by Wellington South. Hawera has been reconstructed, and becomes Stratford. There are three new electorates — Taumarunui, Tauranga, and Wellington Suburbs. In the South Island, Waikouaiti, Courtenay, and Taupeka disappear, and Caversham becomes Dunedin South.
