WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE.
PrcM Association.— Telegraph .—Copyright. Received October 19, 8.31 a.m. LONDON, October 19. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman informed the Women's Political Union that, owing to divisions in the Cabinet, the Government was unable at present to legislate for women's suffrage. Mr Morley assured the Women's Liberal Association that women were as much entitled to a voice in legislation as men.
