Press Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Received October 19, 8.49 a.m. LONDON, October 18. The Governor of Annam has trained guns on the "Emperor's palace, and threatens to depose him. The Emperor's atrocious cruelties are increasing. He killed and cooked one of his wives, and then compelled his courtiers to eat her. He also immcivcd other wives in boiling oil, and tied thirty to posts, and then shot them one by one with a bow and arrows from his palace window.
