Pree* Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Received October 19, 8.31 a.m. LONDON, October 18. The Master of Elibank, in a speech at Edinburgh, declared that the Socialists fattened and prospered on Liberal apathy, and Liberalism must draw its life blood from Labour. Sir William Harcourt, speaking at Rossendale, declared that Socialism would kill all individual effort, and it would bo a crime against the people if either Labour or Liberalism refused to assist each other.
