♦ Th« Mayor's Loan Proposals. TO THX XDITOB. Sir, — I have to thank you for your very fair and reasonable criticisms of my loan proposals. There is, however, one point on which I desire to correct you. You represent me as saying that the Borough overdraft would be ,£3500 at the end of the year.
