Cameron, anew arriral in the colony, guilty of forging and uttering a cheque for £10 at Kumara, nine months' hard labour ; W. Harsey, junr., stealing amalgam of the ralue of .£l2O from the Consolidated Company at Beefton, two years' hard labour. HOKITIKA, September 21. George Bridgood, on a charge of attempting to commit murder at Greymouth, was found not guilty The second charge of committing an assault will be taken in the afternoon.
