Street South. She states that late last night she. heard a row going on in the street, and went out to see what it wai about. She had hardly got outside when she was fired at by a man with a revolver, the bullet entering her forehead The woman was taken to the Sydney Hospital, and admitted for treatment by Dr Bell, nor condition is not regarded as critical. At a later hour the No. 2 police arrested a young man in a stable, and took him to the police station on n charge of shooting with intent to murder.
