Truth Case Dismissed,
CHRISTCHURCH, September 18
After a lengthy argument the Magistrate said the only person liable to prose6ution for refusing to give, information was the person connected with the dairy. He dismissed the case. The Crown Prosecutor said the case would be taken to a higher Court.
