Leading German newspapers suggest that in the event of Queen Wilhelmina, of Holland, being childless, the succession should revert to the Prince Consort's family. AMSTERDAM, September 18. Leading Dutch newspapers discredit the suggestion, and urge the Government to confer universal suffrage thus enabling the nation to declare its wishes how it should be governed in the event of the Orange dynasty becoming extinct.
