Mrs and Miss Price, of the Music Studio, corner of Dublin and Campbell Streets, announces that their third term begins to-morrow (Tuesday, 18th instant).

Tho formation and claying contracts on Alma Road and Gonville Avenue having Wen completed, tenders are now being called by the Waitotara County Council for metalling the new roads — about 56 chains on Alma Road and 32 chains on Gonville Avenue. The Council is also inviting tenders for about 1000 cubic yards of gravel on the Kaikokopu Road extension. Tenders will be received up to noon on Monday, October Ist.

Donald, of Putiki, announces that the champion draught sire Glcnroy (Glengyle — Rose) and tho Clydesdale hore Young Wheeler (General Wheeler — Beauty) will be at the services of breeders in this district this season. Farmers could not wish for a better etamp of horse than Glenroy to mate their mares with, whilst Young Wheeler ia also a fine specimen of the Clydesdale

Mr W. Pinches, architect, Ridgway Street, will be pleased to receive tenders till noon on Wednesday, 26th inst., for extensive additons to Mr. D. G. Poison's residence, Kauangaroa. Plans and specification may be seen at Mr Pinches office.
