After above Meeting AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of tho members of the above Society will be held to consider tho following proposed alterations to the Rules of the Society, viz.: — As to Rule 5: That the word 'ten" shall be substituted for the word "four" where therein appearing. As to Rulo 22: By adding after words "The vacancies shall be supplied at each Annual Meeting of Shareholders by ballot from amongst, the members." the following words, "Who shall re- . ceive written notice of the date upon which nominations for such vacancies shall close." As to Rule 136: By substituting the word "by" for the word "upon" and the word "upon" for the word "by" where the said respective words first appear in the said rule.
