Prew Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright Received November 25, 9.40 a.m. MELBOURNE, November 25, The Marine Board has decided to prefer a charge against Captain Mylius of the La Bella of careless navigation. The main allegation is that without' holding an exemption certificate he attempted t^o enter the port without a pilot.
