MARORO GOLF CLUB.
It has been decided that the competition for the club championship will thie year be • settled on three days' play -over the 18-hole course, commencing to-morrow, and continuing on the two succeeding Saturdays. In order that Thursday players may not be barred out, they may compete on Thursday next and the two following Thursdays, the winner playing the Saturday winner over a 36-hole course. * The winner of the final, in addition to holding the championship for the year, will alsr take the 1 gold medal presented by the president, Mr D. Miller. The following are the draws for Saturday next. Any other member wishing tr enter will be paired on, the ground provided his name i 3 handed in to the secretary before 12 noon on Saturday next: — G. Gordon v.- Stevenson, Ha worth v. W. Gordon, H. P. Lewis v. F. Parkes, Beaver v. McKay, W. H. McLean v. Armstrong.
