BIG LAND DEAL.
(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 15. The Lowry Bay Estate, of 370 acres on the eastern side of the harbour, has been sold by Mr D. H. Bell to a syndicate for a sum between .£35,000 and £40,000.
