Sir, — The sentiments expressed by '"Felix"' in your issue of Saturday will find more favour in my mind if, instead of building a jetty at Castlecliff, he will run it out from the Kai r Jwi beach. . I have an idea there is deeper water off that part of the coast and sundry other recommendations, besides my small interest in property in the locality. By adopting this courso the Harbour Board could do a lot to spite the troublesome townspeople, and avoid jealousy between the town and Castlecliff. These are points worth considering. — I am, etc.,
