Libel Action Settled.
WFIiLINGTON, August 14. The libel action, T. M. Smith v Rev. R. Wilson and T. E. McKenzie, of Dannevirkc, brought on account of statements published iv the Prohibition paper Liberty twelve months ago, was settled in the Supremo Court to-day. Defendants expressed regret and paid costs.
