COPPER MINING.
An Important Discovery*

NELSON, August 12. A copper sulphide ore lode has been cut in the No. 7 level of the Mineral Belt Copper Company's United Mine at 535 ft, with formation and ore identical with thoße in the other levels, giving over 500 ft of backs, and providing a large quantity of ore. It will be some days before the width of the lode can be determined.
