More Rioting at Riga.
Preaa Association.— Telegraph.— Copyright. Received August 11, 11.35 p.m. LONDON, August 11. Reuter's Agency reports that several factories at Riga have been wrecked. Reinforcements of dragoons have arrived. The British Minister at St. Petersburg, at tho Consul's request, has taken action to secure protection for British lives and property. Received August Jl, 11.16 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 11. The newly elected Mayor of Odeßsa is Professor Yaroschenko, a Liberal, who was exiled from Olonetz.
