THE FLAXBOURNE BALLOT.

BLENHEIM, June 28,

A ballot for four small sectiona, of five acres each, ■which were unallotted in the main Flaxbourae ballot, took place to-day. The sections wer-a all disposed of. The remaining small grazing run, for which there were nft-oen applicants, was drawn by- John Gregor, of Rangiwahia, Wellington. The whole of the sections enumerated in the pamphlet have gone off. Seventeen rural sections, of from 5 to 4-3 acres, also eight other sections, of from 31 to 187 acres, together with about 20 township sections, will be offered shortly.
