THE SMALLPOX OUTBREAK.

(Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, January 29. A possible case of small-pox was discovered at Richmond this morning. The patient was recently inoculated, and may only be suffering: from vaccination rash. WELLINGTON, January 29. There have been no fresh developments in connection with the small-pox cases here. Medical men have been detailed to make a house-to-house inspection in congested localities, and strenuous efforts arc being made to induce people to undergo vaccination.
