PALMEESTON N., June 12.
A meeting of the North 'lsland members of the Sheepbrecders' Association was held' at Palmerston ye&te'rday. The balancesheet shdwed the net assets, to be .£353, with a contingent liability of .£IOO. Mo.tions were passed that the North Island Association consider the advisabiliy of holding ram fairs in this island at such places as- arc considered suitable under the j management of the Association; that this; meeting is strongly opposed to the pro-, posals emanating from the South Island branch to allow the admission from time to time of flocks, now unregistered.
