INTERESTING LAW SUIT.
(Per United P^ress Association.) WELLINGTON, June 12. , The action W. E. San&bury v. Dr Teare, > claim for a half share in a. city property valued at over .£2OOO, commenced to-day, and is creating considerable interest. The parties are uncle and nephew, and it is claimed by the plaintiff that it was mainly due to his influence, political and otherwise, that he built up o practice. Some of the evidence is somewhat sensational.
