AUCKLAND, December 14.
Mr Spreckles has cabled accepting the San Francisco mail conditions proposed by New Zealand, provided arrangements are not insisted on which may be found to conflict with the terms of the contract with the United States. It is not anticipated there will be any difficulty in arriving at an understanding in regard to this contingency.
