Contracting Debts while
Insolvent.
(Per United Press Association.)' TTMARU, November 24. - At the District Court on Saturday, before Judge Ward, J. F. Parke, a Temuka farmer, was sentenced to one
month's imprisonment with hard labour for contracting a debt while in an insolvent position without a reasonable hope of being able to repay it.
