We were shown this morniug, at Mr C P. Hillwturd's office, a scries of photographic views of the Holniwcod Estate, which is to be offered by public auction by Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co. about tho fifteenth of next month. The photographs convey an excellent idea of the suitability of the property being cut up into small areas, of from four to twenty acres, thus affording every chance lo rich and poor alike. Tho terms will b.- on Building Society lines; that is to say, only a small sum is required on the fall of the hammer, and the remainder may be paid in instalmento extending over a period of seven years.
