T3IO REINFORCEMENTS AT THE CAPE. Received January 23, nt 9.4(Kt.m. DURBAN, January 22. Tho Dublin Fusiliers on Sunday carried p. stiong position at tho point of the bayonet. CAPETOWN, January 22. Lord Roberts has ordered cash payments to bo made for all supplies and is (jiving receipts for everything cominandered for the uso of the armies. Thrco batteries and five thousand soldiers have arrived at Capetown since Friday.
