-♦ Patriotio service in the Drill Hall al 3 p.m. There will be no service at St. Mary's to-morrow, the Veiy Ktv. Dean liirlc and Father O'Sulhvan being absent in Wellington. There- will be 110 service at St. John's English Church to-morrow e\enmg. Mr Turner (Evangelist) preaches tojaorrow evening iv (he Christians' Meeting House, Mathiesju Street. Hib subject will be "Tho Good Confession."' All an 1 cordially iuvited. The Rev. F. H. Spencer, agent for the Btitish and Foreign Bible Society, will preach ou behalf "of that Society at the Hall, Brunswick, ou Sundii^ morning, at 11 a.m., and on Sunday evening at Maxwelltown. At Trinity Church to-morrow tho Rev. C H. Poole will pro.ich in the morning and the Rev. G. Bond in the evening. The subject for the discourse at tho latter service will be "The War; or, the bright side of tho dark storm-cloud in Africa." Hymns appropriate to the occ.i'ion will be sung, and Miss Alice Gray, ot Christclmrch, will render the beautiful solo, "The Soul's Awakening."' The Bey. J.
