BRITISH TROOPS IN HIGH HEART. FULL OP CONFIDENCE. LONDON, January 19. General Warren shelled the trenches of tho Boers with Howitzers all day on Thursday, and succeeded in making a breach in a sand-bag emplacement, which they had thrown up to protect their guns. The Boers did not respond to the firo. The success whioh ha 3 tittondod tho British advance has put tbo troops in good he«rt, »nd all are now full ot confidence.
