GENERAL BULLER.
Receivod January 18, at 9.50 a.m. LONDON, January 17. General Buller, reporting the casualties, incidentally mentions having made a reconnaissance towardß Tugola and Springfield on Monday. Tho Times' correspondent wires that very heavy artillery tiring was heard on Monday in the direction of Springfield, wher Sir Redvera Buller had advanced. The censorship of Press messages is to bo of an extreme character until General Buller notifies the result of his movements.
