BUNGLING AT MODDER RIVER.
URGENT NECESSITY FOR CHANGE IN COMMAND. LONDON, January 15. The Times states that private lettera supply ample evidence of the urgent necessity for an immediate change in the command of the British army at Modder Rner, where it was recently reported McDonald, of Soudan fame, is to supercede Major-General Lord Methuen.
